A growing US law firm is looking for a Corporate Lawyer (NQ–4 PQE) to join its highly regarded London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to develop their career within a firm recognised for its cross-border work and entrepreneurial, high-performance culture.

The Role

The successful candidate will contribute to a broad range of corporate mandates, including:

• Cross-border and domestic M&A
• Private equity transactions
• Joint ventures and corporate reorganisations
• General corporate advisory matters

Candidate Requirements

• NQ–4 PQE, trained or qualified at a leading UK, US, or international law firm
• Strong experience in M&A and/or private equity is highly desirable
• Excellent academic credentials
• Sound technical ability and strong commercial awareness
