Location: Field Based - UK Travel Required

At Cox Automotive Europe, we’re looking for a commercially minded and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our team on a permanent basis. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business to deliver a strategic People Plan that supports performance, transformation, and employee experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to exciting change programmes, shape organisational design, and help build leadership capability across a diverse and dynamic European business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
What You’ll Bring
- Solid generalist HR experience
- Strong understanding of UK employment law
- Experience in organisational change, talent development, and reward frameworks.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
