Financial Controller

£70 - 80k

Hybrid 2 days in the office each week

We're helping an established retail business with operations in 10 countries find an experienced Financial Controller. This is a pivotal role in the company for an FC where you'll establish a full controls environment to enable a period of continued growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a group accounting manual
• Improving reporting around capex and fixed assets
• Business partnering across the wider team
• Supporting monthly management accounting
• Owning the group balance sheet

Who you'll be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ideally ACA, but could be ACCA)
• 2+ years' experience post-qualification
• we would consider those still in audit and wanting to move out
• ambition, energetic, and full of enthusiasm
