Role | Conveyancer

Experience | 3–4 years’ conveyancing experience (flexible depending on ability)

Based | Remote (Head Office in Kent)

Working Pattern | Fully Remote

Offer | £38,000 - £43,000 per annum depending on experience

We are working with a well-established firm whose Head Office is based in Kent, now looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their team on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone confident in managing a busy caseload independently, with strong technical ability and a client-focused approach.

You’ll handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, working autonomously while being fully supported by a friendly, modern and well-structured team. The firm values quality, communication and efficiency, and they’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver a high standard of work.

Typical duties would include:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• Handling freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity files
• Providing clear, proactive client communication throughout each matter
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
• Working closely with colleagues and support teams to ensure smooth progression of files

The successful candidate:

• 3–4 years’ conveyancing experience (open to those with more/less depending on skill level)
• Able to manage a high-volume caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across all standard residential matters
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Proactive, organised and confident working remotely
