CLO Valuations Specialist (Intex) in Greater London

A high profile global financial institution is seeking an experienced structured finance professional with Intex experience for a newly created role within its fast-growing Private Markets group.

Based in London, you will be the first dedicated specialist in Europe focused on CLO Valuations, leading a key growth area for the firm's independent valuation services. This highly entrepreneurial position involves collaborating on valuations across the full suite of Structured Products (ABS, RMBS, CMBS) while serving as the CLO subject matter expert. You Will Be Involved In

• Perform valuations on a broad range of illiquid investments—including ABS, CLOs, CMBS, and other structured products—applying accepted valuation approaches and best practices across multiple industries and geographies.
• Prepare and present analyses and conclusions in clear written reports, responding to complex valuation-related questions from clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design, testing, and enhancement of financial models and workflow tools used in the valuation process, collaborating with developers and senior team members.
• Leverage advanced technology and data science tools (including AI, Machine Learning, and NLP) to gather, clean, and extract key insights from various data sources to support valuation assumptions.
• Partner with management to build, maintain, and deepen client relationships with leading private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and institutional investors through consistent communication and high-quality deliverables.

You Will Have

• Hands-on exposure to securitization transactions, including CLOs, ABS, or CMBS.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in related sectors, demonstrating the capability for a senior or management equivalent level opening.
• Solid experience in constructing and reviewing valuation models, including DCF, comparable company/bond, and other intangible asset models.
• Experience managing the delivery of valuations and providing effective responses to price challenges.
• Proficiency in Intex (IntexCalc or IntexLink) is essential
