Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with the director of marketing to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and resonates with the target audience. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy tailored to the real estate sector
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Collaborate with the director of marketing to align content with brand messaging and campaign goals
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future content
- Respond to audience interactions and foster a positive online community
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and industry best practices
- Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably within real estate or related industries
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective social media campaigns
- Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
