METTLER TOLEDO seeks a dynamic Field Sales Specialist to drive growth in the UK laboratory market. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge products, target key accounts, and foster lasting customer relationships. Join our team and see your expertise recognised.


Based ideally in Newcastle, Leeds, York, or Middlesborough, you will focus on high-potential accounts, devising market penetration strategies grounded in extensive industry insight. Leveraging tools like CRM, you will boost sales and marketing efficiency. Your primary objective will be to establish and nurture robust business connections with clients and prospects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, dedication, and discipline.

Providing regular updates on market trends and performance to Sales Team Leaders and Managers is a vital aspect of the role. Proven success in acquiring new accounts, expanding territories, and effectively managing an existing customer base is essential for this position.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Postgraduate degree preferred as minimum qualification in a chemistry-based specialty
  • Field sales experience within the laboratory market and UK customer base
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and confident
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
