Job description
We are looking for a 2-3 PQE lawyer to join the dynamic and collaborative legal team at one of the world’s leading research, educational, and professional publishers.
This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a global organisation committed to advancing knowledge.
What you’ll do
- Provide legal support across a broad range of commercial and publishing matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on diverse commercial agreements, templates, terms and conditions, and related arrangements.
- Advise on publishing and media law issues.
- Work on international licensing and distribution agreements, supporting global business initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in intellectual property, particularly copyright and licensing.
- A collaborative, approachable style and excellent communication skills.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting abilities, combined with commercial awareness.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and persistence in problem-solving.
