Project Coordinator / Administrator – Water & Utilities

We are looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator/Administrator to support the delivery of water, wastewater, and utilities projects. In this role, you’ll assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, communication, and day-to-day project operations to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, and progress tracking
  • Maintain project documents, reports, permits, and correspondence
  • Support procurement, invoicing, and budget administration
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in project coordination or administration (utilities, construction or engineering preferred)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident with MS Office and project documentation systems
  • Detail-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
