Solar Sales Closer - Residential & Commercial TNW Energy Ltd Remote | 10% commission on all sales + uncapped earning potential.

About the Role

Join TNW Energy as a Solar Sales Closer and earn serious money closing residential and commercial solar installations. You'll be working warm, pre-qualified leads with a simple commission structure: 10% of every sale you close.

What You'll Earn

• 10% commission on first month's cash collected
• £3,000 - £10,000+ per month in commissions
• Close multi 5-6 figures worth of solar deals monthly
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance

What You'll Do

• Self-set, self-close solar appointments
• Close both residential and commercial solar sales
• Manage 20 discovery meetings per week
• Handle 80+ qualified appointments per month
• Own your pipeline from discovery to close

Requirements

• Proven sales closing experience
• Self-motivated and hungry to earn
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
