The Role

You’ll own the end-to-end email service used across a global organisation, covering Microsoft Outlook, supporting components, and all workflows tied to internal and external communication.

Your focus: reliability, security, compliance, speed, and a roadmap that keeps the platform ahead of user expectations and threat trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations and sprint delivery for the enterprise email service.
  • Define and evolve the long-term product vision and roadmap.
  • Translate communication and security requirements into clear product features.
  • Use analytics and data to drive optimisation, automation, and smarter workflows.
  • Monitor performance, user experience, and threat vectors, fixing issues before they land.
  • Partner with infrastructure, security, and support teams to enhance resilience and compliance.
  • Integrate new features, policies, and Microsoft ecosystem updates.
  • Deliver clear reporting on performance, adoption, and upcoming improvements.
  • Lead training and onboarding to ensure the platform is used securely and effectively.

About You

  • Strong background as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise email or communication platforms.
  • Deep understanding of email security, encryption, anti-phishing, compliance, and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Proven experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and agile delivery in complex organisations.
  • Skilled at gathering stakeholder needs and turning them into actionable, secure product features.
  • Strong grasp of analytics, message tracking, automation, and performance optimisation.
  • Confident communicator who works well with senior leaders, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Up-to-date on email technology trends, threat landscapes, and global compliance expectations.
  • Proactive, organised, and committed to continuous improvement.

Why Join

You’ll own a mission-critical communication platform used by thousands of professionals worldwide. This is high-visibility, high-impact work with the backing of a global consulting business that invests in modern workplace technology and gives its product leaders room to drive change.
