Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee a well-known hospitality business near the Bristol area.

The role would suite someone coming from a strong hospitality finance background, who is commercially driven and is able to lead, drive and deliver the financials effectively. Our client is a fast-growing company who has an impressive portfolio throughout the UK, and therefore career development opportunities would exist for the future.

You need to be comfortable in completing a month end P&L, managing a small finance team, forecasting weekly and managing KPI’s.

Key skills required:

• Comes from a Hospitality or Hotel Finance Manager/Financial Controller background (min 2 years)
• Extremely commercial and understands Hotels well
• A forward-thinking person who embraces technology
• A natural leader who can motivate and lead a small finance team well
• Strong self-accounting experience
• IT proficient in hotel PMS/EPOS systems

Location: Bristol based (on-site role)

Salary package: 45-55k salary + annual bonus circa 15-20% (+ great company benefits)

Basis: You must have the right to work within the UK on a full-time basis to be considered. Our client does not sponsor any VISA applications.
