Condesa Gin is the fastest-growing Super Premium Mexican Gin.

With 3 expressions: Clásica, Prickly Pear and Orange Blossom, and Sahumerio. Our gins are distilled using Mexican botanicals inspired by ancient Mexican healing rituals. We are expanding our presence across Europe and looking for a Brand Activator to join the team for the United Kingdom.

Reporting to the Head of International, and in collaboration with our local distributor, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of Condesa Gin by building strong relationships with both on-trade customers and consumers.

Based in London, you will be required to travel nationally with a focus on key cities of London, Manchester, and Birmingham.

Responsibilities

•  Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with owners, managers and mixologists in strategic on-trade accounts for Condesa Gin in key cities.

•  Work closely with the distributor's sales team and wholesalers to achieve new distribution points, grow brand awareness, increase sales in key accounts, and ensure ongoing training for teams.

•  Implement our cocktail strategy, obtaining new listings on cocktail menus. Supporting key accounts with team trainings and in outlet activations to boost sales.

•  Implement Brand Advocacy programs, including the Rituals cocktail competition and incentive trips to our distillery in Mexico City.

•  Responsible for maximizing the brand's on-trade impact by managing activations and placing visibility material at the point of sale, ensuring disruptive visibility, and bringing the brand's lifestyle proposition to life.

•  Organize, manage, and participate in national fairs, client, and consumer events.

•  Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with key accounts, tastemakers, and industry figures.

•  Expose our brand through the sharing and promotion of key activations on social media and the sharing of best practice with colleagues.

•  Attend team meetings, share KPI´s and manage operations within the assigned monthly budget.

Requirements.

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in a previous role of Brand Ambassador, Activator, or within a similar position.

•  Solid and demonstrable knowledge of the hospitality sector with a strong network. 

•  Is a respected figure within the hospitality sector with a wide network of relevant contacts.

•  Is passionate about Mexican culture and available for regular national travel and internationally when required.

•  Excellent communication skills and a great ability to establish short and long-term relationships, public speaking.

•  Organized, flexible, and motivated to achieve results.

•  Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.
