What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of the internal recruitment process—from sourcing to offer.
  • Proactively identify and engage high-calibre recruiters, graduates, and sales talent.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, events, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Partner closely with team leaders to understand hiring needs and future headcount plans.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Optimus culture.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, content, careers campaigns, and events.
  • Help shape and refine our recruitment processes as we continue to scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • A natural people-person with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Someone proactive, organised, and passionate about finding and developing talent.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
  • An interest in talent acquisition within a high-growth tech recruitment business.
