What you'll be doing

As an Industrial Placement in HR your role helps with everything from hiring new staff to ensuring employees are happy and productive.

You’ll assist with recruitment, training, and employee relations. It's about supporting the workforce and fostering a positive work environment.

Who we're looking for

Our Year in Industry placements are targeted at students enrolled in a university degree programme, and offers the chance to gain real-world experience while fulfilling academic requirements.

This placement allows you to apply your learning in a practical environment and build valuable professional skills.
