Are you a Psychology Graduate keen to gain practical experience working with children who have additional needs in a supportive and welcoming primary school?

A friendly and inclusive Primary School in Newham is seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join their team as a full-time Learning Support Assistant ASAP.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate who is aspiring to a career in psychology, education, or child development. In this role, you will provide valuable support to pupils with SEND, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with autism and additional needs in both one-to-one and small group sessions
• Work alongside class teachers, the SENDCo and support staff to deliver tailored support
• Help create a nurturing and structured environment where children can build confidence and reach their potential

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher
• Patient, empathetic, organised, and adaptable in your approach
• A strong communicator with the ability to use initiative
• Confident with IT would be an advantage
