This role is ideal for someone with strong training expertise, deep understanding of commercial contracting frameworks, and the ability to engage and mentor others.

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact training for a diverse UK and international client base. Regular travel within the UK is required, with occasional international travel to locations such as New York, Washington DC, Paris, and Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Programme Development

  • Take full ownership of all course content, ensuring materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with best practice.

Delegate Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for delegates, ensuring a smooth and supportive learning journey.
  • Build strong professional relationships to enhance learner experience and outcomes.
  • Review assessments and portfolios, providing clear, constructive feedback to maintain consistently high standards.

Mentoring & Knowledge Transfer

  • Share subject matter insight, particularly relating to commercial contracting and (ideally) defence sector operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and best-practice adoption.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • WorldCC qualifications are essential (e.g., WorldCC Practitioner/Advanced Practitioner).
  • Strong track record in designing and delivering professional training programmes.
  • Experience in the defence sector is highly desirable, though applicants from adjacent complex-contracting sectors will be considered.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create engaging training content using modern training methodologies.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience coaching or mentoring others.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple sectors.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary £70,000 - £90,000 + bonus
  • Opportunity to work with a highly respected organisation delivering training to major UK and global clients
  • Significant scope to influence course development and shape best-practice delivery
  • International exposure and travel opportunities

If you are a confident trainer with strong commercial contracting expertise and WorldCC credentials – and you’re motivated by impactful work on a global stage – we would love to hear from you.
