As an Inside Sales Representative for the UK market, you’ll be the voice of our brand, building trust with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them bring sustainable fashion to life.

You’ll play a key role in developing new business while supporting and growing existing accounts.

Every interaction you lead contributes directly to customer satisfaction and our mission to redefine the textile industry.

Your role and impact

• Act as a brand ambassador for the UK market, engaging with existing customers and developing new relationships
• Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and close collaboration with Sales Managers to identify new opportunities
• Manage your own customer portfolio, promoting new collections, driving awareness, and executing cross- and upselling activities to reach your targets
• Support database growth by identifying and qualifying new potential clients according to defined KPIs
• Represent Stanley/Stella at trade fairs and customer visits, presenting our collections and strengthening partnerships

About you

• You have initial experience in Sales or Inside Sales, ideally within textiles, fashion, or consumer goods.
• You’re fluent in English; any additional European language is a plus
• A natural communicator who builds relationships easily
• You’re proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented
• You enjoy meeting targets while keeping the customer experience front and centre
• You’re resilient, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
