We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships.
*Responsibilities*
- Identify and pursue new leads in the greater Worcester area of the UK.
- Generate and drive revenue growth within the construction, industrial, pharmaceutical, and hospitality sectors.
- Collaborate with the existing sales team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to capitalize on growth opportunities.
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) sales processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in software tools, including Salesforce, is desirable
