Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Negotiator / Consultant, you will play a central role in driving individual and team sales performance while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Sales Performance & Client Engagement

Achieve & Exceed Targets: Consistently meet KPIs, including call targets, lead conversion rates, and completed deals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.

Lead Conversion: Follow up on all qualified leads through the CRM system promptly and professionally.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the business.

Viewings & Follow-Up: Conduct property viewings, provide expert advice, and guide clients through every step of the process.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Business Development: Identify new opportunities, generate interest, and secure instructions in collaboration with senior colleagues.

Sales Optimisation: Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to improve conversion rates and enhance the sales process.

Market Insight: Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activity, and new developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Operational Excellence

Sales Progression: Manage deals from offer to completion, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on personal performance metrics.

Professional Development: Participate in regular training to refine negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.


What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

Sales Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in estate agency, new homes, or property sales.

Proven Success: A track record of meeting or exceeding personal sales targets.

KPI Focused: Ability to work to structured performance metrics and deliver measurable results.

Customer-Centric: Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Organisational Skills: Strong time management and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and communication tools.

KPIs for Success

To succeed in this role, you’ll be expected to achieve key performance indicators, including:

Daily Calls: Minimum of 50 outbound calls per day.

Lead Conversion: At least 25% of enquiries converted to viewings.

Weekly Viewings: Minimum of 10 property viewings per week.

Sales Pipeline: 2+ deals per month.

Sales Progression: Contracts exchanged within prescribed timescales.


Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Schedule: Flexitime, Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London, E14 8PX

Drivers Licence & Vehicle: Mandatory
