Your new role
As a CRM Campaign Ops Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing multichannel campaigns that drive engagement and retention. Working within an Agile environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, personalised experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and launch CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging using Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Design automated workflows and Canvas Journeys based on lifecycle stages and behavioural insights.
- Personalise campaigns using Liquid scripting for dynamic content.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns using performance insights.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and deliverability best practices.
- Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance.
- Maintain documentation and support governance processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years' experience in CRM campaign management, email marketing, or digital marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar multichannel tools.
- Familiarity with campaign automation, segmentation, and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of Liquid scripting (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign metrics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and understanding of anti-spam regulations.
