Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Avidity Science is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Administrator to support our growing customer base and internal teams.
To be considered for this role you will need to be located in reasonable commutable distance from our offices in Long Crendon, Bucks (HP18 9BA) and have existing right to work in the UK.
This role offers the option of hybrid working with at least three days at our company offices.
Previous experience in a similar role is not essential, although will be a distinct advantage. What is important to us is that you are proactive, have a good customer-focussed mindset and bring passion and energy to you daily focus. Your Role
As a Customer Care Administrator, you will:
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
- Generate and follow up on quotations for service, labour, and products.
- Process customer orders and issue invoices.
- Collaborate with the Finance Team to follow up on payments.
- Support other departments with customer communications as needed.
- Attend daily team check-ins to align with company performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to Health and Safety policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.

- Experience: Previous administrative or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Languages: French, German or Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
- Education: minimum of GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or C (or equivalent)
