Job description

We are expanding an independent wellness business in partnership with a global nutrition brand and are now looking for entrepreneurial, commercially minded individuals to help grow the business across the UK.

This is a serious business opportunity in the health and wellness sector — not an employed or salaried role — with the flexibility to operate both face-to-face and online.

WHAT THE BUSINESS INVOLVES

• Developing and managing your own client base using proven, science-backed nutrition products  

• Being an active user of the products to understand results and the client journey  

• Operating a people-facing business, built through real conversations, education, and relationship-based selling  

• Working both in person and online (typically a balanced mix of both)  

• Delivering presentations and information sessions within your local market  

• Supporting and mentoring others if you choose to scale beyond personal clients  

• Developing leadership and business skills as the business grows  

This business is typically developed alongside existing commitments, with around 15 hours per week focused on client development, presentations, and follow-up.

TRAINING, SYSTEMS & SUPPORT

• Structured training covering products, client acquisition, and business systems  

• Ongoing mentorship from experienced business leaders  

• Clear frameworks for building clients first, then scaling the business if desired  

• Access to in-person training, events, and continued professional development  

This is a trained, supported model — not a figure-it-out-yourself setup.
