Job description
A leading US firm is seeking a junior to mid-level disputes associate to join its growing London Commercial and Financial Services Litigation team. The group represents global corporates, financial institutions, and high-growth businesses on complex cross-border disputes, regulatory investigations, and enforcement matters.
The Opportunity
Work closely with highly regarded partners on high-stakes litigation in the financial services sector, including mis-selling claims, regulatory challenges, and contentious regulatory matters. You’ll gain hands-on responsibility, client exposure, and direct involvement in strategic case development.
You Will Bring
• 2-4 PQE from a strong commercial or FS litigation practice
• Experience with High Court litigation and/or regulatory investigations
• Strong drafting skills and confident communication under pressure
• Solid academic credentials and keen commercial awareness
