We are partnering exclusively with a well regarded and highly successful mortgage brokerage in the heart of Cheltenham. As part of their growth plans for 2026 we are looking to bring in an additional experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to work on a self-employed basis.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine appropriate mortgage options.
• Recommend suitable protection; life insurance, income protection, home insurance.
• Offer ongoing support and advice throughout the mortgage lifecycle
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.

About you:

• Full CeMAP or equivalent
• Experienced delivering a full range of mortgage and protection solutions
• Drive and enthusiasm to grow your own business
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build long lasting client relationships
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise a busy caseload.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
