Senior Surveyor - Associate Director Level

Madison Berkeley is currently representing a boutique retail investment and leasing firm based in London's West End who is seeking an experienced surveyor to strengthen their leasing and occupier team. You'll be joining a fast growing business who've had an exceptional year across the board with many of their agents billing above & beyond their annual targets. This successful company has built an enviable client list over the years who are highly acquisitive. This role is ideally suited to a retail specialist at Senior Surveyor - Associate level.


The role & Key Responsibilities:


  • Run leasing mandates on behalf of retained landlords, marketing space, finding tenants, securing offers, agreeing terms and closing transactions.
  • Tenant representations projects reviewing existing sites, finding new sites, agreeing terms and closing transactions for several known brands across the UK.
  • Supporting the investment team on projects
  • This is a client facing role where candidate is expected to lead and daily-manage senior client relationships. Attend regular client facing meetings and reporting anticipated.
  • Regular site visits throughout the UK.


Experience Required:


  • Ideally MRICS Qualified (Not Essential)
  • RICS Accredited Degree - Essential
  • Significant Retail Leasing & Occupier Advisory exposure
  • Strong understanding of L&T Law
  • Negotiation, client management and presentation skills - essential
