Group Tax Reporting & Compliance Lead

Day Rate: £750-850

Length of Contract: 6 Months with likelihood to extend for a further 6 months

Location: London (3 days in the office)

Your project: To assist a household name within the FTSE 250 as they undergo broad financial and business transformations (structural rather than tech).

This role will require you to flex up, and flex down and will therefore need someone that is happy to present to the CFO and board, but also not afraid to provide hands on assistance during busy periods.

Reporting is at a group level, and typical adjustments include consideration for TP, stock-based comp and fixed assets. You will have responsibility for UK consolidation and calculating the total tax change. This is a manual/Excel based process.

UK Tax compliance is In-house, International tax compliance is external, you will manage the relationship with advisors,

You have resource of a Manager and a Senior Manager to delegate tax return prep and data gathering/tax pack preparation to.
