Job description

• Company: A UK-based data science business using AI and machine learning to deliver household-level insights across 30m+ UK homes

• Opportunity: Join at an exciting growth stage as the company expands its market-leading data and predictive analytics propositions

• Role: Head of Agency Sales, responsible for driving new revenue growth through UK media agencies, including holdcos and leading independents

• Strategy: Own and run the agency sales strategy, delivering against revenue targets

• Leadership: Lead, coach and scale a high-performing agency sales team

• Relationships: Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers across agency groups

• Sales Approach: Sell complex, consultative, data-led solutions spanning prospecting, data enrichment, audience insight and predictive modelling

• Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, client success and data science teams

• Commercial Focus: Manage complex sales cycles, forecast pipeline accurately and drive sustainable long-term partnerships

• Ideal Profile: Experienced agency sales leader with deep knowledge of the UK agency ecosystem and a strong record of growth
