THE ROLE
As Medical Operations Lead, you will take ownership of the operational delivery of Medical Affairs projects for biopharma clients. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will design, implement, and optimise the processes, systems, and governance frameworks that underpin effective Medical Affairs functions.
You will act as a trusted operational partner to clients, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard while also driving long-term, sustainable improvements in how Medical teams operate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading operational delivery across Medical Affairs projects, including documentation management, meeting governance, and cross-functional coordination.
- Building strong client relationships and acting as the primary operational point of contact.
- Contributing to commercial growth by supporting new projects and client engagements.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be well suited to this role if you bring:
- Experience in Medical Operations, cross-functional project management, or consultancy roles within pharma or biotech.
- Strong understanding of Medical Affairs governance, compliance frameworks, and operational best practices.
- A love for agile fast pace environments such as start ups along with being a client focused individual.
