Are you an experienced Medical Operations professional who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and operational excellence to complex Medical Affairs environments? The organisation is trusted by clients to optimise Medical Affairs infrastructure, processes, and systems, helping ensure compliant, efficient, and high-performing medical functions that ultimately support better patient outcomes.

The team is made up of experienced doctors, PhD scientists, and life-science professionals with deep industry backgrounds spanning large pharma and biotech. Collaboration, quality, and impact are central to how they work.


THE ROLE

As Medical Operations Lead, you will take ownership of the operational delivery of Medical Affairs projects for biopharma clients. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will design, implement, and optimise the processes, systems, and governance frameworks that underpin effective Medical Affairs functions.

You will act as a trusted operational partner to clients, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard while also driving long-term, sustainable improvements in how Medical teams operate.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading operational delivery across Medical Affairs projects, including documentation management, meeting governance, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Building strong client relationships and acting as the primary operational point of contact.
  • Contributing to commercial growth by supporting new projects and client engagements.


ABOUT YOU

You’ll be well suited to this role if you bring:

  • Experience in Medical Operations, cross-functional project management, or consultancy roles within pharma or biotech.
  • Strong understanding of Medical Affairs governance, compliance frameworks, and operational best practices.
  • A love for agile fast pace environments such as start ups along with being a client focused individual.

  • Location: Remote, UK.
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time.
  • UK right to work is required for this role.
