Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Clinical Specialist. We are flexible on location. The Clinical Specialist will provide expert support, guidance, and training to healthcare professionals on the use and application of Löwenstein Medical's products. Focusing on Ventilation sleep and diagnostics. Key responsibilities include educating clients, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with product implementation, and ensuring optimal performance of medical solutions in clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of medical devices, clinical applications, and their operational contexts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and support healthcare professionals effectively
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner
• Organizational and time management skills to manage schedules, training sessions, and travel as needed
• Previous experience in clinical setting, healthcare or medical devices is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a remote environment
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in healthcare, biomedical engineering, or a related field
