Job description

A client in the social care sector is seeking a Sales and Commercial Operations Lead to join the team for 6 months. You will focus on driving sales and outreach activity, testing approaches to engage employers and improve conversion rates. Reporting to senior leadership, your objective will be to deliver practical sales trials and refine processes that support commercial growth.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver and evaluate short-term sales and outreach trials, adapting based on feedback
  • Develop and refine sales collateral and messaging to improve engagement and conversion
  • Use CRM systems effectively for lead management, tracking, and reporting
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams to ensure coordinated customer engagement


Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and outreach, ideally within service-based organisations
  • Hands-on approach with ability to execute and adapt sales tactics quickly
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales reporting

  • Start date: 6th January 2026
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Day rate: £300-£400 per day
  • Location: Home-based with occasional travel within England
