Head of DeFi

Job description

As Head of DeFi Partnerships, you’ll own the strategy and execution that turns integrations into usage. You’ll map the DeFi landscape, prioritise the highest-value opportunities, and close partnerships that make the platform a core layer for liquidity, interoperability, and automation in DeFi.

You’ll:

• Build and run a DeFi partnerships pipeline (protocols, DAOs, DEXs, lenders, derivatives, stablecoin issuers)
• Lead integrations end-to-end with product/engineering/marketing
• Launch liquidity programs (vaults, incentives) and track traction (TVL, integrations, adoption)
• Represent the company at global conferences, hackathons, and ecosystem events
• Hire and lead a high-performance BD team

3) Must-have experience

• 5+ years in crypto, including 2+ years in senior DeFi/BD leadership
• Deep understanding of DeFi primitives and liquidity mechanics
• Proven deal track record + strong network across founders, funds, DAOs
• Willingness to travel frequently (global)
