Financial Accountant | London (Ealing) | Scaling Software Business | £55–60k + Bonus & Package

Goodman Masson are delighted to be supporting a rapidly scaling, PE-backed software business in the search for a Financial Accountant.

Please note: this role is 5 days per week in the office, based in Ealing.

The Role

As Management Accountant, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts while working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and meaningful insight.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing month-end management accounts (P&L and balance sheet)

• Delivering variance analysis, reconciliations, journals and commentary

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processes

• Business partnering with non-finance teams to explain financial performance

• Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset registers

• Producing analysis and reporting to support senior management decision-making

About You

• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

• Experience in a management accounting or reporting-focused role

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

• A proactive, detail-oriented individual with the confidence to work closely with stakeholders

• Comfortable working in a 5-days-per-week office-based environment
