Purpose of the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Remarkable Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across all pillars of our agency — Media & Marketing, Experience, Commerce & Platforms, and Data & CRM.
This mid-weight role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation. You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to nurture leads into qualified sales opportunities, while also contributing to the development and execution of innovative outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Nurture marketing-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities.
- Identify and research potential clients aligned with our ideal customer profile.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and social outreach.
Prospecting & Outreach
- Execute omni-channel prospecting strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, events).
- Develop tailored communications based on prospect needs and challenges.
- Set up chemistry and credential meetings for the wider sales team.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, ensuring all activity is logged and tracked.
- Report on key metrics including outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Support proposal and presentation preparation for client meetings.
Campaign & Event Support
- Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and leverage campaign insights.
- Attend exhibitions, partner events, and trade shows to engage prospects.
- Follow up with event delegates and support post-event lead nurturing.

Specific Job Skills
- Sales Acumen: Prior experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, or client engagement is highly beneficial. Training and onboarding support will be provided to deepen your understanding of our sales approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) is desirable. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential for daily operations.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage prospect data and sales activity logs with accuracy and consistency, ensuring clean and actionable pipeline reporting.
