Premium Fashion Brand – South East (with commutability to London)**

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing premium fashion brand, is seeking an exceptional Head of Stores / Retail Lead to elevate performance across their UK retail estate. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced business at a pivotal stage in its growth journey.

The Role

The successful candidate will take ownership of delivering outstanding retail performance and operational excellence across multiple stores, with responsibility for:

• Driving sales performance and achieving ambitious growth targets across the UK store network.
• Elevating retail standards to ensure a consistent, world-class customer experience.
• Leading, inspiring, and developing store teams, coaching Store Managers into confident, high-performing leaders.
• Translating commercial strategy into actionable retail execution on the shop floor.
• Partnering with senior leadership across functions to maintain brand consistency and maximise commercial opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities for operational improvement, expansion, and future scalability.

Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for an ambitious Retail Director or Head of Retail, Regional Manager, seeking a significant next step.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A strong background in premium, sales-focused retail—ideally fashion, accessories or beauty is essential .
• Proven leadership capability with a passion for developing people and driving performance through others.
• Excellent commercial acumen, including experience managing KPIs, budgets, and full P&L responsibility.
• Agility, resilience, and a hands-on approach within a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
• A genuine passion for fashion, exceptional customer service, and operational excellence.
