Job description

Great opportunity for a talented Lead Product Designer to help shape the future of digital experiences across retail, sport and community. You'll work on mobile apps, websites and features that connect online shopping, membership, events and real-world spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Design mobile-first experiences for their app and website that connect with real-world stores and events.
- Create clear, smooth customer journeys across shopping, membership, events and community features.
- Develop and improve subscription and membership features that help drive engagement and loyalty.
- Build and update their design system, including components and patterns used across all platforms.
- Run research with customers to understand their needs and behaviours.
- Work closely with teams across retail, events, membership and engineering to shape the full customer experience.
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Set high standards for design quality and mentor other designers.

Skills & Experience

- Portfolio that shows mobile-first work, subscription features, design systems and end-to-end journeys.
- Extensive experience designing mobile apps for retail, fashion, sports or fitness brands.
- Experience designing subscription or membership products (onboarding, engagement, retention).
- Understanding of premium or luxury retail customers.
- Strong experience building and maintaining design systems in Figma.
- Experience designing for both online and in-store journeys.
- Able to balance business needs with user needs while maintaining high quality.
- Interest in cycling or willingness to learn about the sport and its culture.
