Packaging Technologist – EMEA - Based in Greater London

We’re looking for a Packaging Technologist to support packaging development and validation across the EMEA region. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to deliver safe, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions that meet product and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate packaging solutions for multiple formats.
• Maintain packaging specifications, data, and documentation.
• Coordinate packaging trials and support supplier audits.
• Drive sustainability and value engineering initiatives.
• Resolve packaging-related quality and performance issues.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in packaging development from a FMCG environment
• Good organisational and project management abilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and packaging systems (e.g., SAP, Evolve).

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 times per week.

The salary banding for this is £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus and benefits.
