Sales Consultant – Fine Jewellery | Hatton Garden

Basic Salary: £30,000


A leading fine-jewellery retailer in Hatton Garden is looking for a warm, confident, and client-focused Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and guide customers through meaningful, high-value purchases.


What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome clients and create a memorable, supportive buying experience
  • Provide tailored product recommendations across diamonds, designs & bespoke options
  • Achieve sales targets and confidently close sales
  • Build long-lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-ups
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on trends
  • Coordinate appointments, special orders & service queries for a seamless journey


What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years’ fine jewellery sales experience
  • Strong diamond and craftsmanship knowledge
  • A customer-first mindset with emotional intelligence
  • Confident sales skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Organised, adaptable, and collaborative
