BIL Group is hiring a B2B Marketing Specialist to drive digital strategy, lead generation, and content creation for a business in rapid growth mode.


Why This Role Stands Out

Following our 2024 acquisition of Varley Castors, we've created the UK's largest castor and wheel group. Now we need a marketing expert to amplify our success and fuel the next phase of expansion.


What You'll Do

  • Own digital marketing strategy (SEO, email, social media)
  • Execute high-impact lead generation campaigns
  • Create compelling case studies and sales content
  • Manage agency relationships and paid media
  • Analyse performance using Google Analytics


What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B marketing experience (manufacturing/industrial sector ideal)
  • Confident with MailChimp, Canva, Adobe InDesign
  • Strong written communication and commercial mindset
  • Data-driven approach with analytical skills


The Package

  • Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working (1 day WFH after probation)
  • Office-based in Calne, Wiltshire
