CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - LUXURY


We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist within our existing luxury client based in our Glasgow Head Office.

We’re looking for a passionate brand advocate with exceptional attention to detail, strong luxury engagement skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to deliver premium experiences for our clients and customers


Start Date: January 2026

Starting Salary from £24,570 per annum

  • Hourly Rate: £12.60ph
  • Performance Bonus: Up to £375 per month based on performance


Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week.

Shift Pattern: Hybrid Working from our Glasgow Office

  • Weekdays: Rotating shifts: 8:00–4:30, 8:30–5:00, 9:00–5:30, 9:30–6:00 (two of every three weeks).
  • Weekends: 1 in 3 on average (subject to annual leave).


Where: Glasgow City Centre Location - Up to 12 weeks office-based then when you have been signed off from training and are deemed competent, there is the option to work on a Hybrid basis.


Attendance: No holiday will be permitted during the training period.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Customers: Aiding and support to customers via various communication channels such as phone, email & webchat.
  • Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Providing Information: Offering accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
  • Processing Orders: Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Maintaining Records: Documenting customer interactions, transactions, and complaints accurately in the company's database or CRM system.
  • Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Handling Escalations: Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.


Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Luxury Customer Service role preferably in a customer centric environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and CS management tools
  • Persistent and resilient attitude towards rejection and challenges.
  • Adaptability to quickly learn about new products and industries.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
