The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist – Acquisition & Retention to design seamless journeys and drive engagement across Brother’s digital platforms. Your work will directly influence how millions of customers interact with Brother online.

What You’ll Do

✅ Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across digital platforms.

✅ Deliver acquisition and retention campaigns, including sign up flows and lifecycle initiatives.

✅ Conduct UAT and regression testing, monitor KPIs, and identify improvements.

✅ Manage app engagement strategies, including App Store optimization.

✅ Create and schedule customer messaging (push, in app, email) aligned with CX principles.

✅ Configure and manage promotions and offers with accurate tracking.

✅ Coordinate CMS content publishing for campaigns and rollouts.

✅ Analyse performance data, run A/B tests, and report actionable insights.
