Community Associate

Salary: £34,632

Company Description: A dynamic, well-funded and BCorp-certified flexible workspace provider focused on creating thriving, human-centred coworking communities and meaningful real-world connections.

Job Description:

As a Community Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat of a vibrant coworking space. This is not a traditional reception role — it’s about building relationships, curating experiences, and ensuring members feel genuinely welcomed and supported. You’ll help create an environment where people love coming to work every day.

Location: London, UK

Why this role is remarkable:

  • A community-first role focused on connection, not just front-of-house duties
  • Join a purpose-led, BCorp-certified business committed to real-world interaction
  • Clear progression opportunities, with many Associates moving into Community Manager roles

What you will do:

  • Create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for members and visitors
  • Plan and host engaging community events such as coffee mornings, socials, wellness sessions, and pop-ups
  • Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day building operations

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, coworking, or front-of-house
  • Confident hosting events and bringing creativity, warmth, and energy to a space
  • Proactive, professional, and excited to grow within a fast-paced, people-first environment
