Job Description:

As Founding Designer, you will shape the product vision and user experience from the ground up. You’ll own the entire design lifecycle — from strategy and research through to execution — while laying the foundations for a strong design culture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a high-impact role with real ownership over both product and brand direction.

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end design across discovery, UX, UI, and delivery
• Define and evolve the visual language, brand identity, and design system
• Partner closely with product and engineering to turn complex problems into elegant user experiences
  
  

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a product designer, ideally in early-stage or fast-growth startups
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UX and UI craft with a user-centred mindset
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with strong ownership, communication, and strategic thinking
