What you will do:

• Translate regulatory and standards requirements (e.g., EU MDR, ISO 17021) into clear, operational, and automatable processes.
• Own and continuously optimize Scarlet's core compliance processes, including competence management and certification.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design and build scalable tools for efficient, auditable regulatory compliance.
  
  

The ideal candidate:

• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory and standards requirements into operational systems and processes.
• Experience in owning, operating, and continuously optimizing core compliance processes within a regulated environment.
• Strong collaborative skills, working effectively with engineering, product, regulatory, and commercial teams.
