Job description
We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our United Utilities Contract based in Warrington
Location: Warrington
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of the United Utilities AMP8 Enterprise Framework Programme, the largest AMP programme UU has delivered to date.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Supporting the administration of commercial and contractual requirements
- Assisting with commercial start-up activities, including cost codes and forecasts
- Supporting procurement and administration of subcontract packages
- Assisting with change control, including Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events
- Supporting cost management, forecasting and monthly commercial reporting
This role of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
- You hold a relevant qualification in Surveying or Estimating
- You have a strong interest in commercial management, estimation, cost analysis and financial data interpretation
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn new skills
