What you will do:

• Design intuitive AI-driven features and new user interfaces to ensure high adoption and satisfaction.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze usage data (e.g., PostHog), and extract UX insights to guide product improvements.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, iterate on customer onboarding, and define AI-driven experiences through chat-first interfaces.
  
  

The ideal candidate:

• Strong experience in Figma, including prototyping and maintaining design systems.
• Proven experience conducting user interviews and contributing to successful SaaS products.
• Excellent communicator, proactive, and able to thrive independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
