About The RoleWe’re looking for an Administration Assistant to join our friendly, vibrant, and supportive Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a service that makes a real difference to the lives of Crawley residents.
Whether you’re an experienced administrator or someone enthusiastic and passionate about helping others, we’d love to hear from you. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in this role.

Crawley is a great place to work, with a thriving business district and excellent transport connections including nearby Gatwick Airport. We are based in our modern Town Hall which opened in 2023 and is located a short walk from the town centre and railway station.

Additional information
Working hours (to cover customer core hours) will be Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm.
