We are seeking an Experience Consultant in Research to lead research efforts that uncover user insights and inform the design of engaging digital experiences. Your role will involve overseeing research projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights that drive product development and user experience improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of research studies, including ethnographic, generative, and quantitative methods.
- Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and co-creation sessions to generate user-centric solutions.
- Analyze research data, creating reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to integrate user insights into the design process.
- Mentor junior researchers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Extensive experience with various research methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting findings to diverse audiences.
- Passion for user-centered design and a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours.
- Experience of planning scoping conducting analysing and communicating user research throughout the Agile product development lifecycle.
- Experience of qualitative user research methods including usability testing ethnographic observation interviews surveys contextual inquiry and focus groups.
- Experience of working within an Agile scrum team working acrosss Designers Product Owners Developers and other Researchers to prioritise research opportunities to support the roadmap in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to translate research findings into specific prioritised recommendations to improve product designs.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects and stakeholder expectations.
