We’re working with a global digital asset platform that’s redefining how institutions trade, benchmark, and access crypto market data. With regulatory licences across different locations — and cutting-edge products spanning trading, indices, and data — this is one of the most credible players operating at the intersection of finance and blockchain.

They’re now hiring a Institutional Sales Manager to drive institutional growth across Europe — developing relationships with leading financial institutions, hedge funds, and crypto-native firms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and expand relationships with existing and new institutional clients across crypto and traditional finance (50/50 split)
• Develop strategies to grow market share and multi-product penetration.
• Sell regulated financial products — from spot and derivatives trading to benchmark data solutions.
• Collaborate with research, trading, and product teams to deliver seamless client service.
• Represent the business at key industry events and conferences.
• Report on pipeline performance, client intelligence, and new business opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven institutional sales experience in crypto, fintech, or capital markets.
• Strong network across financial institutions, hedge funds, and asset managers.
• Track record of driving new business and managing C-suite relationships.
• Deep understanding of digital assets, exchange infrastructure, and market trends.
• Excellent communicator — credible with clients, commercial with strategy.
• Experience selling institutional crypto derivatives, including perpetual futures and broader spot and derivatives products, to professional trading firms such as hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, market makers, or quantitative desks, ideally within a regulated exchange or TradFi-adjacent environment desirable.
