To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a People Process Optimisation Co‑ordinator to join our supportive People team.

You’ll be at the heart of shaping how our people processes evolve, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and a seamless experience for colleagues across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for Workday and people process queries, providing clear and timely guidance to managers and colleagues.
- Logging and categorising queries to spot recurring issues, pain points, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
- Investigating root causes of complex queries and sharing insights to inform process improvements.
- Partnering with People Operations, Workday, and Policy teams to ensure consistent and accessible guidance.
- Supporting the review, documentation, and communication of process updates.
- Creating and updating manager guides, toolkits, FAQs, and process documentation to promote self-service.
- Testing and validating changes to Workday processes to ensure they meet user needs.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement by raising issues constructively and proposing enhancements.
- Experience in People Operations or People Services.
- Strong customer service skills with a track record of resolving colleague queries.
- Good understanding of Workday processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and root causes.
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex information clearly.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proactive and collaborative, with a passion for improving processes.
- Exposure to process improvement, service design, or transformation projects is desirable.
